1. Do you have extra pickup services available?
Yes, we do. Please call for estimate.

2. What time is pickup in my neighborhood?
It varies. Please have trash out by 5:00 a.m. As we add on new customers your pickup time could fluctuate. There is a window of time for every subdivision but we cannot give an extract time of pickup. Please do not wait to set trash out at certain time you’re because accustomed to. We could be running ahead of schedule.

3. How often do you bill?
Every 2 months.

4. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do.

5. How are missed pickups handled?
We will respond within one business day if the missed pickup is a direct result of an error on our part. If the missed pickup is a result of customer oversight, we will pickup the next time we’re in area or subdivision. Our drivers rate carts that aren’t set out. Please have solid waste accessible to avoid any collection inconsistency.

6. What’s your holiday schedule?
Non-working holidays are Thanksgiving and Christmas. All other holidays will be serviced on a regular schedule.

7. Do you take Christmas trees?
Yes, Trees must be placed at curb on the day of pickup, even if you’re a backdoor customer.

Due to increased volume during the week of Christmas, please allow 1-3 weeks after the
week of Christmas to begin disposing of Christmas trees.

8. Are there any extra charges for 95 gal cart?

No we supply cart free of charge and we fix or replace any structural damage to cart such as wheels, lids, etc.

A customer can eliminate internal odors by using quality trash bags and occasionally rinsing inside cart if needed.
